Expenses: Client to provide the least expensive, unrestricted round-trip business-class airfare,
ground transportation, and moderate meals. Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and billed
directly to your organization. Auto mileage is calculated at $.51 per mile and available if the venue is
within 300 miles of Nashville. Ask about a flat-rate, expenses-included option. To keep your costs low
as possible, airfare expenses are pro-rated if your event is on the same travel itinerary as other
meetings at which Tara Harrington is scheduled.

reduced fee consideration.
Long Term Engagements: Companies wishing to use Tara Harrington as a Training Executive,
Human Resources Consultant, Spokesperson or Brand Ambassador for 6-12+ months, should inquire
about exclusivity and terms. Fees listed are for non-exclusive engagements. A detailed quote can be
provided based on your specific needs, company location and contract length.
HR Consulting: Each group has specific needs and reasons for seeking a Human Resources
Consultant. While the fees listed are a based price; please note that depending on the complexity,
length of engagement and location (if a temporary “relocation” is required) your price may be
substantially higher.
