6. SHORT-TERM LOANS
Multi-Purpose Loan
This program aims to provide financial assistance to PagIBIG members for purposes of minor home improvement,
livelihood, medical, educational, purchase of appliance
and furniture and other needs.
Calamity Loan
This program aims to provide financial assistance to PagIBIG Fund member-victims in calamity-stricken areas, as
declared by the Office of the President or the
Sangguniang Bayan.
7. Sino ang maaaring mag-apply?
1. Aktibong miyembero ng Pag-IBIG sa panahon ng pagloloan;
2. May nabuo ng 24 buwanang hulog;
3. May 5 buwanang hulog sa loob ng huling 6 na buwan.

8. END-USER HOME FINANCING PROGRAM
I. LOAN PURPOSES

*Combination of loan purposes is allowed.
9. II. BORROWER ELIGIBILITY
Must be an active member with at least 24 months contribution.
- Lump sum payment is allowed.
- Members Savings (MS) Requirement
Minimum of P200, equivalent loan entitlement is up to
P500,000.
For every P50 increase in MS, an equivalent increase of
P100,000 in loan entitlement.
- Not be more than 65 years old upon loan application.
- Has the legal capacity to acquire or encumber real property.
- Has passed satisfactory background/credit and employment/
business check.
- No outstanding housing loan, no housing loan that was
foreclosed, boughtback or subject to dacion and pago. Multipurpose/Calamity loan should be updated at the time of loan
application.

exceed 30% of GMI.
3. LOAN-TO-COLLATERAL VALUE RATIO
- Maximum of 90%, subject to Borrowers Evaluation System (BES)

- Minimum of 7.895% per annum, subject to change based on the Fund’s
prevailing pricing framework at the time of loan availment.

19. MODIFIED PAG-IBIG II PROGRAM
Isang boluntaryong programa ng pag-iimpok na
nagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga miyembro ng Pag-IBIG
na kumita ng mataas na dibidendo, kumpara sa Pag-IBIG
I, mula sa kanilang inimpok sa loob lamang ng limang (5)
taon. Bukas ang programa sa lahat ng miyembro na kasali
sa Pag-IBIG I o regular member na kumikita ng mahigit
limang libong piso (P5,000) kada buwan. Kasama sa
programa ang mga OFW-member ng Pag-IBIG.
