Carry emergency money with you
all the time. It gives you a great
feeling of security. Try to make it
a $50 note. If not, how about a
$20 or $10. And if you use it
replace it.
3. Simplify your life
Simplify your life! A lot of people
feel stressed because they have to
many elements in their lives. Try to
cut out the less important, and focus
on the important ones.
4. New ideas
Say “Yes” to new ideas. Think
about them and evaluate. Do not
ever get into the habit of rejecting
progress.

Don't just hear what people say really listen to them. Then you
can hear what they're saying.
7. Stretch and flex
Stretch and flex, if you feel low
and your body slumps. Walk
faster, stand taller and feel the
energy and power in your body.
Then remember the power of
your mind.
8. Public speaking
How do you feel about public
speaking? Do a course and practice
or join the National Speaker’s
Association of Australia and learn
from the experts. Take every
opportunity to speak in public.
