a. spelling and grammar – if the spell check finds a mistakes, it gives a list of suggestion. It finds the
correct spelling from the suggestion list and click on the word.
-When a spelling error is found it appears in red
( The word is considered a spelling mistake. Just click the Ignore Once button)
