I would like to share some self help tips on how you can overcome that and
develop your confidence.
A person may have inferiority complex because he or she thinks that there is a
need to impress other people, when in actual fact, there isn’t. Sure, you may be
afraid to offend someone, like your friends, but is there really a need to please
them? Do note that your friends are not your boss or superiors at work (that is a
totally different context). If you were
to tell me that you are afraid of a
superior, that is understandable, but if
you were to tell me that you are afraid
of other people because you feel that
you are inferior to them, then that is
the wrong mentality to have. You
should be comfortable around your
friends. They are after all your friends.

tips. Low self esteem may be linked
to what other people say about you.
Now what they say may not
necessarily be derogatory remarks. In
fact, they could be cold hard facts.
However, you need to realize that you are worth a lot more than other people’s
opinions, or even facts. You are worth whatever value you place on yourself.
Learn to develop a healthy esteem and love for yourself. I am sure you have
friends and loved ones around you who care for you. If other people care for you,
why do you want to hate or look down on yourself?
