Scope: GIS is the owner and long term investors of five oil exploration licenses with full rights without
exemption nor exception to extract and produce oil and gas within a comprised 30k sq. km (7.5 mio acres
or 3.5 mio ha) which has potential of approximately from one to over five Billion Barrels of Oil of secured
hydrocarbon with future potential of over 20 Billion Barrels in the Republic of Fiji. Our firm is currently
seeking to raise funds to begin our drilling operations starting by June/July of 2010, because of such
critical path and timeline, we need your assistance to provide us other funding sources to cooperate with
our current investment to meet the forecast costs of the future operations.
Oil Exploration Licenses (OELS)
Authorization: Fiji Ministry of Mining & Mineral.
Jurisdiction: Full rights of exploration & production of hydrocarbon products.
Terms: 8 years for exploration, 21 years for production and renewal for additional 21 years.
Total Area: 7.5 Million Acres included in the 5 OELs.
Face Value: $200 Billion US on minimum average value.
Government Collection: 10% + local Tax
Seed & Working Capital: US$30 Million USD is considered as the seed and working capital. GIS could
borrow up to 90% of the working capital.
Drilling Program Capital: $300 Million to $1.3 Billion with 10 years payment terms. GIS will drill between
40 to 100 wells in 3 years based on the fund received.
Return of Investment: Toward the end of the second year upon successful drilling.
