23. Posting Jobs to Twitter Simply posting your job to twitter, and hoping that they are found by your target audience is NOT an effective way of using Twitter for recruitment. As with any other medium, recruiters need to target their audience and build a strong recognisable brand. By using adlogic, clients can create custom job feeds and corresponding specialised Twitter profiles for each area that they recruit for. 1 . Create a Twitter profile (make sure you notify adlogic with your login details) 2 . Log into the adlogic system 3 . Create a new job Page Webinar - Using Twitter for Recruitment
24. Posting Jobs to Twitter 4. Select the destination The important emphasis here is that not all roles may be suitable for posting to all mediums. adlogic enables clients to maintain the integrity of their advertising campaigns by being selective about which jobs they post where. 26. Posting Jobs to Twitter The job advert is displayed using the client’s template. Candidates can apply for the job or email a friend, thus increasing the clients market reach, of particular interest are the statistics regarding referral placements vs. job board applicants. Using social media such as Twitter and Facebook could be viewed as taking recruitment back to its grass roots of networking but for a digital age. Page Webinar - Using Twitter for Recruitment
