1) CAVA is a digital audio-visual archive established at UCL to house natural human communication data from research projects for use by bona fide researchers.
2) It aims to establish a central repository of rights-cleared digital video content from UCL researchers' existing collections and make it accessible through the UCL Library Services Digital Collections platform.
3) The archive will catalogue videos using a discipline-specific standard, deposit related materials where available, and develop access and preservation procedures.
