proposal for professional services rendered concerning digital perspectives and 3D animation
of your project Blue Dolphin Paradise Resort located in Santa Clara.

Analyzing the project, it clearly offers different alternative, taking on account its
location, philosophy, orientation and design for domestic and foreign markets demand, the
need arises to create visualizations of high artistic quality that support the team's marketing
and sales of its promoter.

The visual 3D imagery of exteriors and interiors as well the animation of your project
will show the following specifications:

Image format (JPGE)
300 DPI
High Quality
Photorealism

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1ª Validity: The present budget has a validity of 5 days from receipt of this offer, due to
reasons associated with production of imagery and time of delivery.

2ª Documentation: In order to execute the project it will be needed - blueprints, facades,
sections, location and description of materials.

3ª Contact: During the production stage, we will need a technician to be in contact with us all
the time in order to solve any doubts that might emerge up to the project´s end. The
documentation solicited can not take longer than 24 hrs because this will affect the project´s
timing for delivery by us.

4ª Modifications: Any additional work, not present in the original terms, or any modification
that will have to be done because of architectural changes will be budgeted and will have a
time of delivery of its own.

5ª Errors: ZOOM 3D, INC is not responsible for any errors or uncertainties in the project that
may cause delays in the due date and charges in the final budget.

6ª Design: As general rule, the interior design of the perspectives or animations will be made
according to our criteria, using for this purpose all the information (library) that our company
keeps in its data bank. In case of a specific furniture be required, or a singular interior design
contemplated it will have to be communicated as soon as possible because it may affect the
present budget and in any case to adjust the work at their discretion.

7ª Delivery format:

(3) Five CD´s with images in low and high resolution.

8ª Rights: All the visual material of the project is ZOOM 3D, INC property until the work is
cancelled in full.

9ª Time of delivery: Digital imagery and animation will be delivered in 20 working days. If
there were modifications, we will have to analyze the complex of these modifications and plan
a date for definitive delivery.

Work will begin upon signing of this budget and having all the necessary documents
and with the initial payment of the 60% of the total budget cost.


10ª Payment conditions:

With the acceptance of the following budget it will be need a 60% payment at the initial stage,
40% in the final edited work.
