Your co-workers are the engineers of The Last Hope organisation that ensures the settlement of the selected planets within remote galaxies. As a Spaceship Commander you will help them to save mankind … In the presentation I would like to share my personal experience of implementing gamification in 20-man Software Development House. I will give you some ideas for growing engagement and promoting best practices that worked out with my YouGameApp.com.
