Why Jesus Christ came into this world?
According to John the Baptist : Matthew 3:11 "I baptize you with water for repentance. But after
me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize
you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.

According to demons: Matthew 8:29 "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted.
"Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?"

Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he
might destroy him who holds the power of death-that is, the devil and free those who all their
lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. Heb 2:14-16

According to Jesus Christ
Matthew 5:17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come
to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come
to call the righteous, but sinners."

Matthew 10:34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to

It is not “easy” to enter the Kingdom of God!
 Matthew 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the
Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of

 Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom

 Matthew 18:3 “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little

 Matthew 19:23 “I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom

 1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of

 Gal 5:19-21 I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit

What happens when I accept Jesus Christ?
 Two things happen, first I die then I live.
 Paul said, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but
Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son
of God, who loved me and gave himself for me”. (Galatians 2:20)
 First, I see God’s Kingdom. John 3:3
 Second, I enter into His Kingdom. John 3:5
 I am born again because of Jesus death and resurrection. I am not
  condemned. John 3:17
 My name is written in the Book of life.
‘I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess

 I have eternal life - John 6:40

We all are in Spiritual Warfare
Our equipment—the armor of God (Eph. 6:11, 13-17).
Let us carefully note each piece of armor mentioned
here. Paul very obviously takes those pieces of armor
worn by the Roman soldier and makes spiritual
   application to each one.
  1. The girdle of truth.
  2. The breastplate of righteousness.
  3. The sandals of the gospel.
  4. The shield of faith.
  5. The helmet of salvation.
  6. The sword of the spirit.
Here is the only one offensive weapon listed among the
various pieces of armor. The rest are defensive in
nature. The sword of the Spirit is identified as the
Word of God (Heb. 4:12). This, then, is the armor the
   Christian is commanded to wear.

Kingdom and worship go together

 Where King is born, we have come to worship Him? (Matthew 2)
 I (Herod) will come to worship Him too – No need
 I will give my kingdom if you worship me. (Matthew 4)
 Evangelism must lead to worship (John 3 & 4)

“Yet a time is coming and has
    now come when the true
   worshipers will worship the
Father in spirit and truth, for
they are the kind of worshipers
        the Father seeks”.
            (John 4:23)

Man’s responsibility in Redemption Order
                    At the beginning:
Creation was not
                    1. Adam was asked to name all the beasts of the field and
 over until man
all the birds of the air.
 (Adam) did his
                    2. No suitable helper was found for Adam, so God made a
      job!
woman. Finally the family started at the garden.
                    At the end:
Creation was not
                    1. Noah was asked to make the Ark and preach for about
 destroyed until
120 years before the flood came.
 man (Noah) did
                    2. God always calls His people to involve with Him in his
     his job!
                         work, Creation and Redemption work.
Redemption order
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in
 will not be over
until man & the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and
woman (you) then the end will come”. Matthew 24:14
  finish the job!
                              Preach Kingdom of God
28 June 2011 Redemption order 26
What happens if you are not producing fruits?
“Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a
people who will produce its fruit. He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he
on whom it falls will be crushed.” Matthew 21:43-44
Church history proves:
• After Rome, Germany was powerful nation. Because they worked for the Kingdom.
Sent missionaries to the World and printed first Bible even to India, missionaries
translated first Bible in Tamil language.
• Martin Luther’s revival and Lutheran churches were started.
• After Germany, United Kingdom was the powerful nation because they have worked
for the Kingdom. Sent missionaries to World and to India like William Carry and team
and translated Bibles in several languages.
• After United Kingdom, United States of America USA becomes world powerful
nation, because they were working for the Kingdom. Sent missionaries to whole
World and translated and printed Bibles in several languages.
Now it will be taken from them and give it to some other nation.
If you are not serious with His Kingdom business then why keep it?.
It is always good to give it to someone who will work and produce its fruits.
 28 June 2011 Redemption order 27
You have got the keys now

     I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven;
whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and
whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
                   Matthew 16:19-20 (NIV)

     But the problem is …
Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you
hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of heaven in men’s faces.
You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who
                are trying to. Matthew 23:13.
 28 June 2011 Redemption order 28
The end result

Why Jesus came and taught about Kingdom of God and
asked us to enter and work for the Kingdom?

Jesus will destroy everything and handover the Kingdom to The
                       Father - 1 Corinthians 15:24

                    “Delivered up”
Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God
the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and
power. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his
feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
                         1 Corinthians15:24-26

Which is your Jerusalem?
1. “But you will receive power when the
Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be
my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all
Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of
   the earth." (Acts 1:8)
2. 11 apostles out of 12 were from Galilee.
3. Your home is not your Jerusalem.
4. Start from where you are and go on.

  • 11. Why Jesus Christ came into this world? According to John the Baptist : Matthew 3:11 "I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. According to demons: Matthew 8:29 "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death-that is, the devil and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. Heb 2:14-16 According to Jesus Christ Matthew 5:17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." Matthew 10:34 "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. Luke 12:49 “I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! Matthew 10:35 For I have come to turn "'a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. • 15. What happens when I accept Jesus Christ?  Two things happen, first I die then I live.  Paul said, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me”. (Galatians 2:20)  First, I see God’s Kingdom. John 3:3  Second, I enter into His Kingdom. John 3:5  I am born again because of Jesus death and resurrection. I am not condemned. John 3:17  My name is written in the Book of life. ‘I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels’.
