Respect your customers Listen, before speaking Engage in a long term relationship Generate waves as a member of the community
The Value Exchange Marketing messages are empty and hollow – they can see right through you You need to invest time & money to build real relationships Only after you invest heavily, will you get ‘engaged fans’ after 6 months to a year.
