- It is important to change up methods of looking for jobs. If one just fills out applications or exclusively uses one strategy then the burn out will be a lot higher. Encourage everyone to use multiple methods of looking for a job.
- Prioritization is key. Encourage the job seekers to do some of the harder goals first. This will also boost moral.
- The goal handout goes along with this slide.
- Encourage job seekers to still take time out of their day to do something they enjoy. These are some suggestions of proven techniques they can consider doing.
- Encourage job seekers to network, be creative, not to be stuck in their ways, and willing to take risk to stand out in the job search process.
