The early adopter wave off in Malaysia via Jaring, the pioneering ISP in Malaysia, followed by TMnet. Broadband took off in the 2 nd wave following the advent of Streamyx, Jaring Broadband, several WiFi players in the latter half the 3G players via celcos Maxis, Celcom and DiGi and WiFi.
