Trio School offers piano lessons to students of the age of 2.5 as well as students of all ages and abilities. We do use elements of Suzuki method in teaching music. Seniors are welcome to join piano and voice class.

Here, at Trio School, we believe that good
things come in Three’s. Our core curriculum
covers the three chief subjects of Music,
Dance, and Languages. Our award-winning
faculty is classically trained and
professionally experienced in a wide range
of music and dance styles as well as in
languages. Some of our instructors have a
Master’s degree and are known as
performing musicians and dancers. Our
language professors are native speakers of
both classical and modern Russian.

2. CAMPS/COURSES
Welcome to enjoy our Music and Russian Language
camps!
If you want your children to acquire new skills and get basic knowledge in the
subjects they have not been explosed to, join our camps in summer and during
Christmas time! Let the children meet with us in a friendly, caring environment.
MUSIC CAMP
Piano and voice camp for 6-9 year-old children, who will learn the basics
of music theory in order to accompany their own singing of familiar songs
in English.
The Russian Song Camp for Russian speakers invites children of 5-8 and
9-12, who are going to learn basic chords to accompany their singing of
familiar songs from Russian cartoons and films on piano.

3. 10 PIANO LESSON COURSE
Those, who do like our camp and are ready for the deeper
study, may choose to enroll in10-lesson course in piano.
RUSSIAN LANGUAGE with MUSIC CAMP
“Time to Read and Sing "camp is for the younger children (
age 5-7), who are welcome to learn the Russian alphabet,
phonics, syllables, and to start reading.
“The Russian Club” camp will offer 9-13 year-old
children, who speak Russian but have never been
exposed to reading and writing, an opportunity to have
a fast-pace journey in to the richness of the Russian
language.

Larysa Yost
Larysa Yost holds California Teacher Credentials
in Music, Russian, English, and Early Childhood
education. She has three Bachelor of Arts
degrees earned in education. Larysa has been
teaching music piano, preschool and prenatal
music, and Russian. She is familiar with the main
American methods of teaching music, such as
Suzuki, Harmony Road, Simply Music, Music
Together, and etc., and she encourages her
colleagues to borrow what they feel like borrowing
from each of them and still honor a classical
method, established by generations of great
