• 1 container strawberries, stems removed, sliced
• 1 container blackberries
• 1 container raspberries
• 1/3c granulated sugar plus 3T sugar
• 2c all purpose flour
• 1T baking powder
• pinch of cinnamon
• 1/2tsp salt
• 8T butter, cold and cubed
• 2/3 cup half n half, plus extra for brushing
• homemade whipped cream (recipe below)
• Homemade Whipped Cream:
• 1 small container heavy whipping cream
• 1/4c sugar, granulated or powdered

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a bowl, toss the berries and 1/3c sugar
together. Set aside till ready to serve.
3. In a food processor, pulse together flour,
baking powder, salt, 3T sugar and cinnamon.
4. Then pulse in cold butter cubes till a coarse
texture.
5. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Form a well.
6. Pour 2/3c half n half into center and slowly mix
with a fork.
7. Do not over mix or biscuits will be hard.

8. Pour dough mixture onto lightly floured
surface.
9. Fold dough into itself a few times till
holds together.
10. dough into 3/4in thickness and cut
into 8 rounds with a circle cookie cutter.
11. Transfer to parchment lined baking
sheet.
12. Brush each biscuit with remaining half
n half.
13. Sprinkle each biscuit with remaining
sugar.

14. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, till light golden
brown.
15. Remove from oven, let cool a bit.
16. To make whip cream combine both ingredients
in a stainless steel chilled bowl and mix with a hand
blender on high speed till forms a thick whipped
texture and forms peaks.
17. Split each biscuit in half and spoon berry
mixture on bottom piece, then add whip cream and
top with other half of biscuit.
18. Garnish with more whip cream and berries.
