 1998: The Russian crisis was cushioned by Western
Europe and the IT Sector / Discipline focus.

 2001–2003: The Dot-com crisis / repression on the West
Coast – Russia cushioned this.
 2007–2008: Entered into the sale of Antal Russia which
has gone from strength to strength – thanks to Michael,
Christian and Luc.
 People said why do this? I found it motivational.
 Uniquely we still share more information,
experience better than anyone else.

  • 2.  The Vodafone experience.  Antal History - Sharing information, knowledge & experience for the benefit of our Colleagues, Clients and Candidates. 20 years in careers!
  • 3.  CEE Focus!  1998: The Russian crisis was cushioned by Western Europe and the IT Sector / Discipline focus.  2001–2003: The Dot-com crisis / repression on the West Coast – Russia cushioned this.
  • 4.  2007–2008: Entered into the sale of Antal Russia which has gone from strength to strength – thanks to Michael, Christian and Luc.  People said why do this? I found it motivational.  Uniquely we still share more information, experience better than anyone else. knowledge and  Antal Russia kept with the brand and have recently opened an office in Astana, Kazakhstan.  Poland: We have just completed the ground breaking sale of our 3 offices in Poland.
  • 5.  Parts of the world are more compatible than others India / USA.  People want to be part of a Global Community.  Clients appear to want this.  Candidates want the option - like a gym in a hotel!
  • 6.  The world is not homogenised or homogeneous.  Nigel Frank for example - Earthstream, Oliver James, Spencer Ogden.  Recruitment is energy demanding so the model has to be strong.
  • 7.  Franchising.  2002: Following the Humana / MRI model!  Using our IP and brand, blended and welded with other peoples, 15+ years experience is a compelling cohesive and forceful combination.  We now have 120+ offices in 31 countries – fastest growing in India with 39 offices.
