- Revitalising Learning is a Program comprised of a number of Projects, of which Moodle is one.
- A Program Advisory Board has been created in order to make decisions regarding the details of the Program. The Steering Committee makes decisions around the high level strategy of the program and the Program Advisory Board makes decisions around the details that will affect staff. Heads of Schools, Academics, Student Administration and Higher Degree staff make up the representatives on the board. Some decisions will be forwarded to relevant committees around the campus such as the Academic Board. An expression of Interest for Moodle Mentors will be forwarded in coming weeks.

- As we have two systems to manage, the content import process will involve two slightly different strategies: The blackboard content will be transitioned in two stages: Blackboard content will be placed in a Moodle ‘holding cell’. Academics will be engaged in a workshop with the content from one of their units. They may attend additional workshops, or choose to continue the process with other units in their care. We have been assured by Netspot that BB test and quizzes will be be imported with no problems. For Sakai Units, we are currently investigating strategies to transition the online tests and quizzes into the Moodle environment. We are liaising with the Sakai community to ensure that this creates minimal hassle for all staff concerned. The Materials Development staff in the TL have offered to help in the transition of Sakai modular content into the Moodle environment. Academics who currently use the Sakai environment will be linked with a Materials Development Officer to complete the content import process to their needs.
