The Master of Science in Management and Economics for Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment provides an international training experience for graduate students with strong interests in the arts, in cultural industries and in the markets characterized by a structural interconnection between economy, symbols and imaginaries such as fashion and design or cultural tourism. The course is very much oriented to the industries and their practices. It provides a blended mix of theories, cultural capabilities and practices. The training activities challenges the individual positive attitude toward the innovation in knowledge, practices, and meanings. In its base courses the program focuses on themanagerial and entrepreneurial capabilities needed in the creative contexts, providing graduates with the knowledge required to coordinate complex projects at national and international levels. At the same time the program contributes to the development of critical and cultural capabilities. The specialized courses of the program offer the unique chance to build the competences needed by the specific areas in which the graduates will develop their future career: cultural industries, performing arts, visual arts and heritage management, entertainment, fashion and design, cultural tourism, creativity development in urban contexts. The course is entirely taught in English and 40% of the class is composed by foreign students coming from different cultures and countries.
