2. First process is cutting, a tools that we use in
this process is electric jigsaw. We use it to cut
along a line that we marked on a veneer for
make product's component that we need.
3. *Advantages - Can cut a veneer easily.
*Disadvantages - A person who want to use
must be experienced.
4. Second process is planing a tool is a
simple plane, we use it to shove some
uneven manner of work’surface.
5. *Advantages - Reduce harm from burr and make a good-
looking of work.
*Disadvantages - With a simple plane there is non
electric tool, so you have to some excercise.
6. Third process is hammering a tools for this
process is small hammer. we decide to
change from attach a pin to wedge a nail
because with rarity’ veneer it hard to use a
drill and attach a pin, so hammering can use
a small nail wedged into a veneer easily and
it can make all joint member free to rotate as
same as pin. And about the hinged door, so
we use screwdriver to take bolt into it.
7.
8. *Advantages - No need to use a drill and easily to use.
*Disadvantages - Using hammer has a risk and a
product’ll be broke soon if you use too small nail.
9. Fourth process is smearing wax, our product is
same as other wood furniture, when all process
finished we have to coat some wax around it.
10. *Advantages - Add waterproof and polished properties
into it and make it look like some luxury furniture.
*Disadvantages - We can't know a certain lifespan of
these properties, so if it gonna happen you can coat it
over again right? .
