The term Social Media refers to the use of web-based and mobile technologies to turn
communication into an interactive dialogue. Andreas Kaplan and Michael Haenlein define
social media as "a group of Internet-based applications that build on the ideological and
technological foundations and that allow the creation and exchange of user-generated
content.”Social media are media for social interaction, as a superset beyond social
communication. Kietzmann et al. (2011) argue that “social media introduce substantial and
pervasive changes to communication
between organizations, communities, and individuals” , enabled by ubiquitously
accessible and scalable communication techniques

Radio is the transmission of signals through free space by modulation of electromagnetic waves
with frequencies below those of visible light. Electromagnetic radiation travels by means of
oscillating electromagnetic fields that pass through the air and the vacuum of space. Information
is carried by systematically changing (modulating) some property of the radiated waves, such as
amplitude, frequency, phase, or pulse width. When radio waves pass an electrical conductor, the
 oscillating fields induce an alternating current in the conductor. This can be detected and
transformed into sound or other signals that carry information.

Web (WWW) and e-mail. With the passage of time, the Internet has become
the most effective business tool in the contemporary world. It can be
described as a global meeting place where people from every corner of the
world can come simultaneously.

Television (often abbreviated to TV or idiot box in British English is a
widely used telecommunication system for broadcasting and receiving
 moving pictures and sound over a distance. The term may also be used
to refer specifically to a television set, programming or television
transmission. The word is derived from mixed Latin and Greek roots,
 meaning "far sight": Greek tele (t??e), far, and Latin vision, sight (from
 video, vis- to see).

John Logie Baird on the 26th January 1926 - First true television
demonstrated and a year later in 1927 the "phonovision" system of
recording TV.
•Media has made a revolution in society from past to the present .
 The fact ,I hope is that there are many advantages through media but bit
 disadvantages, if it is not use in a proper manner .As far as I am concerned the
 government have to take the necessary steps to restrict the media in delivering
 the bad content and use it in a proper manner.
