•   “I have had the association of observing Lt Col Vikam Bakshi in many engineering works as inspecting officer from
    his superior HQ. Lt Col Vikram Bakshi knows how to lead and orientate his team in order to obtain the desired
    results. At the same time he is able to adapt to the different characters of the team members because he has an

    Armored Vehicle Production line. I noticed that he was able to observe every step of the process, sitting in on
    meetings and working with Production, SCM ,logistics and Quality teams from the moment the production
    assembly line was set in motion through the release of the final output . During this time, he was an effective
    communicator, and guidance to members of the crew and also integrating material final quality and stage wise
    inspection at each work station. He was thus outstanding in coordination of complete operation cycle involving
    numerous people, and his ability to work collaboratively with all support functional departments while guiding the
    Operation quickly and effectively.
    Thus he is able to get the most from different situations by controlling all the critical aspects that a good top
    Operation Head must have: organization, charisma, leadership, teamwork, vision, integrity. All these are part of his
    character and are evident in his personality, given that have always been recognized also by many where ever he has
    worked for coordinating all aspects of Operation cycle for any Project and Production/Business development
    environment .
