states MP & CG.
In state of Chhattisgarh Lakshya has
implemented this Rural Innovative project in
6 Tribal villages of Pondiuproda block of
district Korba.
Pondiuproda is a remote tribal
block, located in hilly terrain surrounded by
forests.

13. Challenges faced while Designing &
Implementing the Innovative Project
Approach road of village Maingadi Farmers of Uraav River in reaching
Tribe field of Amaldeha
Difficulty faced in reaching the remote tribal villages Maingadi, which was located 9 Kms uphill,
and there was no proper approach road, biking was quite difficult and risky as well. For reaching
fields of Amaldeha we need to cross river without any vehicle.
Linguistic problem while interacting with tribal farmers.
Illiteracy, Ignorance regarding latest happenings
Hesitation among tribal to accept change.
Bad experiences of poor BPL tribal farmers with either any NGO, Govt. dept or businessman.
