40. There is no limit to what you can do, if you don’t care who gets the credit. TEAM SPIRIT MAKES YOU MORE SELFISH OR less selfish ?

53. Team – COMMON GOALS Goals of a team need to be Clear and Explicit, Motivating and Challenging, Tied to rewards in order for a team to reach a level of maximum performance.

54. Team – COMMON OPERATING PROCEDURES established systems, procedures, processes and norms for addressing the various issues facing the team, e.g., procedures to reduce conflict.

56. Team – ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY Each member of a team must be held responsible for producing specific outputs and results. ~ a clear delineation of roles and responsibilities.

57. Team – ENCOURAGING OPEN COMMUNICATION RESULTS IN ENCOURAGING COLLECTIVE EFFORTS LEADING TO GREATER ABILITY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS ~HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY, LOWER COSTS, HIGHER PROFITABLITY AND HIGHER AND STILL HIGHER . . .
