Jeremy Waite, Head of Social Strategy at Adobe EMEA Jeremy Waite previously held the same role at TBG Digital and prior to that was Head of Social Media for Phones 4u – the UK's largest mobile phone retailer. Mat Morrison, Social Media Director at Starcom MediaVest Group Mat Morrison works for Starcom MediaVest Group’s London office as the Social Media Director and soi-disant social media expert. He is particularly interested in social network analysis, understanding the nature and measurability of influence, and distributed human computation – which he believes will open up new ways of measuring things that were previously hard or expensive to investigate. Lionel Lassalle, KLM Lionel Lassalle is the Head of Social Marketing for KLM, the #1 Most Socially Devoted Brand in 2013. He designs and implements the social marketing strategy for North Europe. This includes rolling out campaigns, creating online events to engage with customers, and working closely with brand ambassadors and power bloggers to increase top of mind awareness and sales. Ricky Chopra, Global Connections Planning Director – Mindshare Ricky Chopra is currently the Global Connections Planning Director of Mindshare. Prior to this position, he worked as the Business Director for Mindshare in their Worldwide Office in London, and was the Head of Digital of Mindshare in South Africa, where he managed a team of digital specialists.
