MEET MRS. VREDEVELT
I have been teaching since 2001, was raised in South Orange County, and I am a graduate of San

playing on a soccer scholarship at Vanguard University of Southern California. I hold a Multiple
Subject Teaching Credential with a CLAD Emphasis, and a Masters in Education from Vanguard
University of Southern California. As a resident of Oceanside, I love the outdoors, surfing,
Disneyland, photography, and spending time with my family. As a 2014 member of CUE, and the
daughter of a computer engineer, I enjoy sharing my love of teaching and learning especially in
the areas of computers and technology. This will be my first year with Guajome Schools and I
will be splitting my time here between Computer Literacy and GPPA Intervention.

MAKE-UP AND LATE WORK POLICY:
• A student who is absent will have the same amount of days missed to turn in his/her make-up work.
• If an assignment was given before an absence, it is due the day the student returns.
• It is the responsibility of the student to consult the calendar and student folder on the teacher website
or communicate with the teacher to acquire missing work the day they return.
• Late work will only be accepted for one week after the due date.
MAKE-UP TEST/QUIZ POLICY:
• Tests or quizzes may be made up during class, lunch, or by appointment upon
a student’s return. If more than ONE week elapses, a zero will be entered in
the grade book for that test. Quizzes may also be made up during class work
time. If a student receives a failing grade on a test or quiz, the student has
ONE week to re-take the test for a high score of 70%.
