Educational and Administration Program
This Educational and Administration Program has been designed for 5th grade mathematics class which consists of around 25 students. There is a group of students with diversified needs and they are all studying in a general education classroom. Around 20 students from the total of 25 are normal students. Out of the remaining five, one has learning impairment, two have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and one student is English Language Learner (ELL), and the fifth one is a gifted child. Following areas will be evaluated such as arrangement of the classroom, the way groups are made, syllabus and educational reforms, inspirational plans, and issues regarding behavior.

This Educational and Administration Program has been designed for 5th grade

Educational Plan
The educational plan has been named “solve it” in this particular
case. Solve it has been designed for the students who are expected to have
difficulties in understanding math concepts in the future. The emphases of the
program are to guide students how to comprehend, evaluate, solve, and observe
math questions. During this program, procedure and the plans have been
developed which are used by good problem solvers. The lesson plans for this
particular program have been designed by keeping structured, managed sessions,
where cues and prompts are used, instructed and dispersed practice, feedback on
the students’ progress through image and corrective process, optimistic
motivation, extreme learning and excellence. The Solve it educational program
uses detailed planned procedures. Reading, paraphrasing, visualizing, hypothesis,
estimation, computation and checking of the tactics for persuading LD pupils have
been included in this program with the cognitive strength required for math. Apart
from that, self-directive plans include self-guidance, asking questions, self-
observance which is given as SAY, ASK, CHECK process are going to be utilized.
The goal of this educational program is to enhance the cognitive procedures of the
students internally along with self-discipline plans so students learn to solve their
issues independently. To make this plan effective, special arrangement must be
made for the pupils with learning impairments. A learner who has been diagnosed
with LD will need special changes in the syllabus with further inspirational plans.
