business in Puerto Rico since 2007.
The company offers wireless security systems
manufactured by Honeywell for homes and businesses,
installation and monitoring services 24 hours, 7 days a
week.
Currently, AlphaOne provides services to over 35,000
homes and businesses in the Island.

AlphaOne Security Solutions needed a strategy to
stands out and differentiate from competitors as a brand
with a unique value in security solutions for Puerto Rico.
They wanted to create brand awareness online to attract
their social customers, increase customer’s acquisition
and loyalty, But, they didn’t know the best approach to

The company used regular networking, emailing and
cold calls to develop their contacts, identify prospects
