Profile
I have 16 years’ experience within Insurance, working in a variety of departments at RSA
Insurance including Survey. I am a good communicator within the department and have
an excellent relationship with my colleagues.
Work History
• RSA Insurance, Admin Assistant
March 2000 – to present
I was supporting a team of Surveyors in the Survey department by providing their daily
requests for surveys to gauge risk within various premises we insured. Also, I have
worked in the Scanning department processing the post to be added onto the
corresponding claim and then stored. I am currently working in the Motor Claims
department, supporting the handlers with the administration of aspects of claims,
including dealing with post as well as new claims allocation, and carrying out all
requisite tasks within my role.
• Toga Motorcycle Silencers – tube bending and parts manufacture
1990 – 1992
I produced small parts and used various tube-bending machines in the process of
manufacturing silencers for motorcycles. I produced silencers and prepared them ready
for the welders to fabricate them.
