Booth Ainsworth have used Sigma, based in Macclesfield, to create an innovative and interactive website and are now working alongside Sigma to deliver this high value seminar. The seminar will present techniques for increasing traffic to your website, engaging and interacting with users more effectively, and delivering a higher value service to your customers. Chris Bush from Sigma has been working within the field of information management for nine years and has delivered proven strategies to generate new business. He will be looking at the following topics: * Search engine optimisation * Dynamic content - using video and podcasts * Social media - using Facebook, Twitter and blogs * Using the web as a two-way communication channel Chris recognises that client retention and generation of new business is a key element of any business plan and will be able to demonstrate ways of using the website to improve client retention and promote new developments and services.
