  1. Up and Go improved by 20% (p=.018) the 10 th percentile (19) on the Up and Go test at baseline for both men and women. In our study, post‑training test scores for the intervention group improved by 20% (p=0.018) to the 30 th percentile for men and the 35 th percentile for women.
