# 10:  Work With Fun People

      We're trying to get people what they want, and who
      doesn't want fun?

      The two four-hour sessions (on consecutive days
      when possible) fly by.
# 9:   Total Reframe

       Everybody talks about "people first." The
       Persuasive Design Lab makes it happen.

       Sure, you can go back to brand-first thinking when
       the lab ends. But why would you?
# 8:   Design Thinking

       What's design thinking? It's thinking like a
       designer. Duh.

       We don't bother trying to explain that. Instead, we
       help you do it.

       Once you've experienced design thinking, you'll find
       yourself doing again and again.
# 7:   Financial Sustainability

       It's all in the context of your business.

       You'll develop solutions that are financially
       sustainable from beginning to end.

       We can help. We use Question Storming before
       Brain Storming for the same reason we use pilots

       hypothesis, experiment, evaluation.

       Gamification is hot, but pinning badges on the

       apply game mechanics and game dynamics as part

# 3:   A Pipeline of New Ideas

       Ever launch a new product or offering only to see it
       grow stale in a few months?

       Persuasive Design applies the science of how our
       brains actually work. This helps us craft solutions
       that keep the brain happy.

       In the lab, we'll produce a pipeline of ideas that will
       deliver brain-friendly solutions over time. It's not a
       one-shot deal.

       Persuasive Design goes straight at the brain's
       chemical response system.

       Neuroscience has opened up the human brain to
       inspection. (It's not nearly as icky as it sounds.)
       That gives us a better idea of what makes the brain
       happy.

       And when the brain's happy, everybody's happy.
# 1:   People Want It

       All of these great features add up to one happy
       ending: helping people get what they want in the
       context of your business.

       Some methods take inventory of what you've got
       and try to get people to buy it--or buy into it.

       We look at what people want and help you match
       your inventory to their desires.

       Subtle, but huge, difference.
Persuasive Design

Desirability, financial sustainability, pipelines of
ideas, strategic gamification, and brain ticklers.
