Day 1 Pembroke to Bangor Maine USA (April 14, 2011)

In case of emergency call 911
1. Notify Jeff Jackson of deviance from the Trip Plan/Itinerary
2. If victim’s injuries require transportation to the nearest hospital, one group member follows victim to hospital
3. Assess medical situation
4. In light of Trip Plan, interests of injured member, and moral standards, determine proper course of action
(e.g. continue trip, cancel remainder of trip, modify trip, etc.)
5. Call Jeff Jackson to update on current situation

Vehicle Problems
1. If an accident has occurred, call local police department and/or activate emergency response above
2. Call Jeff Jackson to report the deviance from the Trip Plan/Itinerary

4. Call CAA for help and assess damage for possible solutions
