Schneider Logistics Honors Holland with 2013 LTL Carrier of
the Year Award

Schneider Logistics, an industry-leading provider of truckload, logistics and intermodal services, has named
Holland the winner of its 2013 LT L Carrier of the Year Award. T his is the 11th year that Schneider Logistics
has hosted this award.
Schneider Logistics determined its winners by evaluating all of its carrier partners along a number of
objective and subjective criteria, including service, ease of doing business, communications, claims-ratios,
volume, diversity of business and saf ety perf ormance. T hose evaluations resulted in unique scores f or
each carrier.
T hose carriers scoring in the top 1% were then selected to receive Carrier of the Year Awards in one of six
service categories: Bulk, Dedicated, Full T L, Intermodal, LT L and Flatbed. In total, just 14 carriers qualif ied
f or the award.
T he awards were presented on August 20 in Green Bay, Wis. at the 11th annual Carrier Recognition
Conf erence hosted by Schneider Logistics. T he event was held at the f amous Lambeau Field, with more
than 240 representatives f rom the top 10 percent of Schneider Logistics’s contracted carriers in
attendance.
“Perf ormance awards such as this f rom Schneider Logistics are one of our most cherished measures of
our success,” said Scott Ware, president of Holland. “T his award serves as a valued af f irmation of our
position as regional leaders in next-day LT L shipping. We are extremely honored and gratef ul to Schneider
Logistics f or extending this recognition.”
T his comes as the 7th carrier excellence award that Holland has received thus f ar in 2013, and also comes
shortly af ter their securing of three Quest f or Quality Awards. T his marks the 28th year in a row that
Holland has won at least one Quest f or Quality Award.
