weighting, making the system fair for all.
Returns on investment are paid out according to your villa weighting from the
combined rental pool. As all villas must participate in the rental pool, even if your
villa is not occupied as often as others, it does not affect your returns as the villa

Compulsory Rental Pool
After the first 3 years, usually all properties will be committed into a
compulsory rental pool in which Owner’s will share the NETT profits
achieved for the year.
The ‘Management Company’ will take their profit share (usually 30-40%)

The operational expenses for the resort are paid upfront by the Owner’s at
the beginning of each year, which is kept in an account earning the
Developer’s interest in the meantime.
