2. How to Enable/Disable Automatic HTML
Content Download in Outlook

does not guarantee complete security from the vicious world of cyber mischief. Spyware and

without your knowledge if you do not pay attention to the configuration of your email client. For
instance, Microsoft Outlook automatically downloads HTML content in your emails in order to
ensure a more complete viewing experience. Read More
On the other hand, for a quick and complete user experience, enabling the auto downloading
feature can save you from having to manually download the relevant images or other types of
HTML content. In either case, we follow the following steps:
Outlook 2013 – Options Menu
Click the File menu on the ribbon interface. From the sidebar, select Options which would
open Outlook Options in a new window. This options window
covers configuration details and room for customizations
relevant to Mail, Calendar, People, Tasks, Search, Language
and other advanced features. It is from this place that you can
customize the ribbon interface, access add-ins or explore
the Trust Center.
