Take the print of the embedded document, print and distribute the sheets, pencil/crayons and eraser to the participants. This sheet contains two sections Week days and weekends. Explain sample examples from the consecutive slides and ask participants to keep those with them.
Use following template for evaluating your current and planned time utilization.
Distribute blank papers for drawing Venn diagramExplain about Venn diagram
Distribute sheets to every participant with color / pencils. These sheets needs to contain blank charts with columns outline drawn for each section. This sheet would have two charts, one for weekdays and another for weekends. Every participant needs to darken/color respective column as per his time spent for each task.

Imbalance in Work and Life for individual employee causes issues with the employer / management. It directly affects productivity or Return on investment. We are software company, our machines are humans, who produce software and services. In case if an employee has an issue, then it results into lesser productivity which directly affects the goal of an organization. Interpersonal conflict is an another issue which is a result of imbalance in work & life. Causes are infinite….Many more reasons due to
Ability to combine work, family commitments, Friends and personal life is important for the wellbeing of all human being. It is also important for the society as a whole, as it ensures that people have sufficient time to socialize and participate in the life of community.
