10. Finding Information Starting in cell A2 enter the following dealership names down column A (A2-A6). Cain’s Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep Dwain Taylor Chevrolet Holland Motor Sales Parker Ford Lincoln-Mercury Toyota of Murray Starting in cell B2 enter the dealerships websites: www.cainschryslerdodgejeep.com www.dwaintaylorchevrolet.com www.hollandmotorsales.com www.parkerford.com www.toyotaofmurray.com

Finding Information Using the websites provided go to each dealership’s website and find the following: Street Address City State Zip Code Phone Number Make sure to enter the information into the correct rows and columns. When you are finished adjust the column widths to fit all of the information.

12. Adding a Title Insert a row above row 1 so that you can insert a title With a new row inserted, click in cell A1 and type: Car Dealership Listing Merge and center the title across columns A through G Edit the font to the following: Font: Your Choice Size: 18 Font Style: Bold Color:Dark Blue

Format Headers Now, you will format the headers of your spreadsheet (Car Dealership, Website, Street Address, etc.) Change the following for all the headers: Font: Georgia Size: 12 Font Style: Regular (No bold, italic or underline) Color: White Add background color to headers: Select only the cells with headers, A2 through G2 Add an orange background color to these cells

Format Text Now you’re going to format the text for the rest of the information that you entered Select all cells of information, but be sure not to select the headers, title, or entire rows and columns. Format: Font: Cambria Size: 12 Alignment: Left Add shading to every other column in 2 colors of your choice. For example:

15. Other Formatting Format Phone Numbers: Select just the cells containing the phone numbers and format them using the “Phone Number” style. (Hint: it is in the special category) Add Borders: Select the data cells by selecting the range A3 through G8 Add “All Borders” around the cells Now deselect those cells, and select cell A1 (the title) Add a thick bottom border under the title

16. Finish Up Change the title of “Sheet 1” to Dealership Listing and make the color Orange. Insert your name in cell A9 and the Current Date in A10 Save the file and submit!
