 For Tier 3 and 4, MCVPF should be responsible for safety 
and legality checklist 
 For Tier 1&2: Entity Control Board can Support MCVPF in 
checking Safety and Legality 
 Adapt membership criteria review and put Audit and safety 
as membership criteria for LCs

Question 3 - What inputs would you give for 
implementation on the LC level? 
Cluster 1: 
 LCVP TM exercising a much more energetic role inside the EB, to be the very hard towards the 
other VPs related to talent planning and retention, and also to assure the leadership development 
in all TMP/TLP experiences through team minimums (SS of TM) 
 For them to, together with the LCP, to track the other EB members regarding team minimums and 
etc. Evolution of the team minimums implementation according to the reality. 
Cluster 2: 
 Follow the national guidelines 
 Listen to the MC 
 Change their mindset - the LCP needs to understand, take it seriously and empower the LC VP 
TM 
 All the physical touch-points and education needs to be done to LCPs and LC VP TMs 
 The LCP /MCP needs to be the 1st one to track team minimums to really create ownership and 
understanding of what they are
