3. WP1 – System design and validation cases
• The transversal Research and Technology Development (RTD) on Life Cycle.
• This Workpackage will lead the path to product development, and encompasses the
development life cycle typical of an ICT development project,

4. WP3 WP4 – Power Generation and Consumption: Modeling and Prognosis
• Different models on generation and consumption to be used by the system are
configured or developed.
• Generation system models are configured as dynamic models to be able to simulate
various dynamic states and emergency situations of the generation system.
WP5 – Energy Hub Definition and Optimization
• With WP5 all sources of information are gathered and intelligence control is provided
for energy and cost optimization.
• The EMS intelligence core is being developed.

5. WP6 – Integration, Indutrial Validation and research on energy efficiency impact
• The EMS is integrated at plant pilot
• Interfaces are designed and developed.
• Validation of the system is carried out in the SEAT factory in a real world situation.
WP7 – Exploitation and Dissemination
• To study IPR strategy
• Implement activities for the dissemination and use of the research.
WP8 – Project Management and Coordination
• Project implementation tasks, such as organization of meetings, coordination with
the EC officers
• Follow-up of milestones and deliverables completion.
