 As a vision :- that patient who
comes to me for treatment i must
care him completely & to make sure
that he must be not suffer again in
future so can decrees the ratio of
neurologist in future.

hard work very polite with our
patient because believe that if
you are emotionally more attech
with your patient . So must
behave any patient very polite &

best for your patient for not just

 It was rod accident very badly & 1
old man may be of 67 years of
age.he injured very badly any
private doctor are not allowed him
to operate because their plenty of
bleading form his head & eye so
that case come to the Govn.
Hospital that time off my dutty
beco. Its an emergency i must
attend i come to the hospital &
found the worst condition that
patient &same time our seniors DO.
Ws on vacation so we just 3 DO.

12. Due to a time of night 1:00(am) . I
had some filling that we must try
to save him. We started surgery it
wes first major operation in life
but we all tried hardly & without
give up were so lucky to save is
life but we can’t protect his eye
thats beco .. No any eye surgeon
was their us so we fail his one
right side eye .

13. Design solution
The contributor also finds a
solution .the contributor develops
the capacity to find solutions
through continuous practice and
learning form others.

14. Faced your juniors
 They are here to sure & serve the
people ither they are known &
unknown ; rich or poor. So when i
was juniors i took that thing most
important that .i am here to serve &
for take care of our patient.

15. Faced your seniors
 I have to understand the serve the
patient & they are my first priority and
thats way if you are good at your work
that means responsible, polite with
every one ether its your senior,
doctors or lower faculty anyone so if
you are perfect with your duties i dont
think anyone complaints against.

16. Focus on value
 The second aspect of a
Contributor’s Mindset is his/her
goal of creating value – for self, for
family, for the team, for the
organization, for customers, and
for society. In short, the
Contributor aims to create value for
all stakeholders in his / her life.
 I can be useful to people who are
really suffering any disaster &it’s
