It is hereby agreed as follows :

The object of this contract is to define the working conditions and the details of
the assignment of I'iping supervisor entrusted by the Company to the Engineer for
Belawan Project, North Sumatra, lndonesia.

2.1 lndependence and organization
It is expressly agreed between the parties that the Engineer will perform
technical services in field of his qualifications and experience in the capacity
of an expert in executing and consultancy in a professional manner.
The Engineer will receive direct instructions from the Sobelco site manager
or his deputy
' The Engineer will work in zuch a way and a'time in order to fulfill the
obligations deriving from instmctions and program.
