2. Do use different fonts but stay within the limit, due to not all fonts being
suitable for all aspects of the album cover.
Do use suitable colours which link with the artwork/pictures of the digipak for
continuity purposes.
Make sure that the imagery used for the design work links according to the
music video or has a connection through other aspects such as synergy.
Make sure the digipak consists of necessities such as: barcodes, copyright
information, logos of the record companies and the URL of the artists website.
3. Don't use a different font for each text on the ancillary work (such as: one
font for the title, another for the artists name and another one for the track-
list and small-prints.
Don't over use colours on the album, otherwise it will divert attention from
what is the focal point of the album and may put some people off the
process.
Don't over use filters such as contrast and brightness or unnecessary filters
on the imagery or text as it may not link to what is being portrayed in the
music video.
Do not stretch the images which are going to be used for the digipak as they
will become very pixelated.
