4 years of firm experience giving tuition class ONE-TO-ONE, ONE-TO-MANY and experience in giving WORKSHOP/ SEMINAR to group of students from national, international schools & universities. ALL of my students successfully improve their result at least increase the grade by 20%. My passion is helping improving weak students (basically fail the subjects) holistically in their academic. In many cases, weak and medium students (basically score C on subjects) were my students. I do brainstorm with parents and their children (students) to make sure POSITIVE RESULT in SHORT TIME. My philosophy is the faster improvement, the better, and the continuity of constant speed will make it permanent. At the end of my class/seminar/workshop, student will be a new person with new mindset, new attitude, new habit and character, which is similar to SUCCESSFUL students. Improving student's EXAM GRADE drastically from FAILURE to EXCELLENT in shortest time is my expertise. My teaching method is varies, which is focusing not just on IQ(Intellectual Quotient), but also EQ(Emotional Quotient) and SQ(Spiritual Quotient), where I use creative methods such as VIDEOS, SONGS, POEM & INTERNET as a right brain strategy. Latest case: <form> A very weak student (got less than 10% in Maths) live at Subang Jaya had followed my session for 2 months successfully increase the result to 87%, all his teachers surprised! On March 2013 I received amazing call from him where he told me he got A- for Add Math and A for Math Modern! 10% transform to A- in 2 months! <adult> "I had my first degree as a lawyer, right now I'm finishing my second degree in Psychology. I never take any Statistic or Add Math subject since high school. I had my name in dean list, however I'm very worried when I must pass Elementary Statistic in order to complete my second degree which I never had basic before. Thank god i met Cikgu Naim, a young teacher, genius, creative in simplifying whole book in a few paper, now I understand complicated concept of Statistics. I really appreciate of his service.
