In the past 15 years or so, I've had some unique opportunities to work in operational and managerial roles within BI, digital marketing, sales management, business control, logistical operations, and client service. If comparing to abroad trips, growing into these diverse roles is like learning new languages and cultures. A lot of efforts went in, and the results are exhilarating. I believe this challenging and demanding path I took is how I learned to think strategically, be able to exercise analytical muscle while stay creative and communicative.
