I'm sure that for some, the marriage of snowboard instruction and real estate seems a bit strange. In reality, it's a great fit. I get to teach people what I love to do in the winter and I get to help people find a home in a place I love. I have been teaching snowboarding at Steamboat since 1996. Since then I have gone on to become a trainer at Steamboat. I have many clients in, but not limited to, areas of my specialties: children and adaptive. In real estate, I have my e-Pro and I'm extremely fortunate to work with my wife, Diane, as the James Team at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties.
