2. Analysis – Front Cover Big title of the album on top, the gold title is consistent with the theme of gold. The jewelry supports the connotation of gold and royalty. The use of jewelry can be used in our music video or maybe the use of a consistent colour. His name is also in gold, although it isn’t in the exact same font but it is similar. The girls positioning in the background supports the name of the album, she Is whispering into his hear – confessing something to him. The artist displays no emotion, his face is neutral. The audience is attracted by the star which says ‘Special Edition’ The reader presumes that this album provides more than music, and this is confirmed by the features, posters, new tracks etc. This could be something I can incorporate in our digipak front cover. The border line is coated with a confession booth type screen, the design is similar to the screen in Christian confession booths and this supports the album name.

The artist is in the confession booth and this is denoted by the screen behind him. The album title suits the colours of the front cover and is consistent in the album name and artist name. The lighting is similar as well as the clothing. The border design is the same with the other album and links with the album name and the background image
5. Confessions Back Cover The back covers colour is consistent with the front, same lighting.. There is still the design of the confession booth around the back cover. The track list is above him and the font is consistent with all the other titles. The artist is topless which appeals to the female members of the target group Although the artist is topless, he is wearing some sort of jewelry, he is wearing a chain.
