defined Corporate Office Specific Training Modules
 Every staff prior to deployment undergoes a two day Induction Programme
 The induction covers Introduction to Housekeeping, Specialised Cleaning and
Pest Control - Theory & Practical, Soft Skills Training, HSQE Awareness,
Compliance Awareness, Ethical Training, etc.

 Staff are regularly trained on site during the overlap of shifts on various topics
as per a predefined schedule & syllabus.
 This is to ensure continuous focus on training to improve efficiency and performance
of staff on site
 Soft Skills Training is given equal importance to ensure Client representation is
pleasant at all times
 Emphasis on safe working through continuous briefing, training and use of PPE is a
regular practice to mitigate risk
 The daily briefing shall be customised and important key points will be shared with
the staff to make sure that they are aware of events or any special instructions from
