5. Who is a contributor?
A contributor is someone
who takes part in something
or make a contribution.

6. SUCCESSFUL EMPLOY-
She takes her work as a mission and as a
vision. She feels that work is worship.
She always have a positive attitude
towards life… she believes in setting new
goals and achieving them..

7. FACING CHALLENGES-
she has faced challenges calmly. she takes it
and grow up.
When she works as a senior, she would
explain them that this work is not just duty
but our responsibility. Taking work not just
as a source to earn but to make difference
and help other.

8. When she works as junior.. She
believes in doing her work with
dedication..when results or
decisions are not in her
favor..she keeps calm does not
become negative. She feels that
if your purpose is correct..you
will find good people.

9. THE “CAN DO” ATTITUDE-
She shared her real life experience
which shows her problem solving
abilities. Once her daughter
suffered from fever. She managed
everything at home and still chose
to go to school as she feels she
should not spoil the future of
other 50 students.

10. JOB SATISFACTION-
It includes both external and
internal satisfaction. increasing
the knowledge and capabilities of
her children.. She wants to make
her students ready for future
challenges.. Internal satisfaction
includes doing her work sincerely
and using her knowledge for the
welfare of the society.

11. INSPIRATION-
She says that her mom and dad
inspired her to become a teacher. Her
mom was a teacher as well. She also
gets inspiration from a staff member
Nareshbhai who works for the welfare
of school even though he is suffering
from cancer,
