3. The Photo
• Because most of my research into album adverts
used a longer ratio of the album artwork for the
background of the advert, I have done the same
thing to try and make it look more professional.
• I have kept the brightness, contrast and
saturation levels the same, to make it as close to
the album artwork as possible.
• I have used the place and size tools to get the
position right.

5. Text Added
• I added text to my advert, including the
release date, tag line, album information,
formats and a website URL.
• I have used the text tool on Photoshop to do
this.
I have included these pieces of texts as my
research also included these, so having these
on mine is following conventions.

7. Shops and Sponsors
• I have included certain shops and my record
label logo. To do this I have copied and pasted
the logos, re-sized them. I have placed my
record label logo and used the transform tools
to re-size.
• Again I have done this to try and make a
professional looking advert, as my research
had these types of logo as well.
